J.D. Marvel and the Super Mini Ear Rip-Off

On 11-29-01 I sent J.D. Marvel Products a United States postal money order in the amount of $15.75 for one of their super-mini ear hearing aids.

They sent an ad to my mail box in the form of an advertisement. I received a post card on 12-8-01 stating that my order (#737766) was being shipped on 12-10-01.

To this date (12-20-01) I have heard nothing nor have I received a super-mini hearing aid.

I got on the internet to try and contact the company as they had no phone number listed, and I was directed to this sight. I am extremely mad and disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my grandmother.

To some people $15.75 may not seem like a lot of money, but to a struggling college student like myself it is a lot of money!
