JD Marval Products Inc consumer rip-off fraud

They didn't send the item I order from them - But did cash the check...

I ordered a hearing aid from this company. I have yet to get it. They have cash the check I sent. This was about eight months ago. They did send me note in september saying that the item I had order would shipped in Oct. 2002. But like I said I have yet to get it. I have sent about four letter to them with no response.
