Dirty condtions

I've visited Mission often without incident. The team is generally pleasant & effective. After I visited have bloodwork performed a couple weeks before the knowledge was horrible. I waited in front table for awhile before an extremely rude lady turned up to assist me. This same lady (she seemed to be the only real individual operating that evening) required right into a space to bring blood. The area was horrible... Filthy, vials moving around on the ground, bandaids, etc. Thrown all around the location. While she got my body she wasn't wearing gloves!!! Recently I acquired the statement for $190 declaring my insurance would not spend. After completely studying my statement I came across why... They suibmittted towards the incorrect insurance provider. I'll not be time for Mission!
