Pediatric blood draw

I went for bloodwork for my 7 weeks old child. The specialist who received the body did a horrible work. Despite me requesting her to attract body from her fist (she's had her body drawn at her Pediatricianis) the technecian stated she may find a vein in her arm and attacked. The body never arrived and my child began crying madly. She continued striking my kids supply trying to find the vein for around one minute. Then she chose to stab again on her fist from wherever body got through. I highly recommend appropriate instruction on pediatric body draw for that specialist. Atleast mission diagnostics shouldn't record such individuals with the capacity of performing pediatric blood draw.
