Unethical billing practices

My partner was let go in September we required COBRA and certified for that Government Stimulation to help with this COBRA obligations. We settled the precise quantity that people were charged originally and our COBRA was in effect. Subsequently Ceridian did some type of "payment modification" that triggered us to owe one more. 03 cents. I've yet to obtain a solution from their website regarding how they created this quantity that people owed... Stamps charge. 44 dollars... I've never created a look for. 03 before... After I named them to inquire about this quantity so that as to why we owed it... They advised us our COBRA have been terminated because of not spending the. 03 dollars from the deadline... But... We obtained our payment for that the following month that charged people the. 03 dollars along side our next fee quantity and had a deadline of 11/30/09...??? However no written notice our protection was terminated... But legally they state that it's since we're regarded overdue about the. 03 cents... That when I mentioned... We still don't understand why we owe when it had been not about the initital statement...??? I smell a large fat fraud below... To be able to stick with in Government recommendations... But to have gone people on COBRA who've the stimulation... Or possibly its larger than that. What-ever it's... We're seeking this and likely to reveal this exercise. You want to request anybody available if it has happend for you to pls answer this and let's know... We are able to reveal this fraud better still with large amounts of these available it has happend to. Whether anybody reacts... We're likely to the press and other people who would like to assist us examine the corporation which fraud. I don't care at this time what goes on with my protection... All I'd like would be to reveal these criminals for the things they are.
