I bought a Simmons mattress in May from Ortho Mattress Co. After roughly 12 months the bed, which price over $1000, started to drop in a number of places. It's like sleeping in a. You-can't get cozy sleeping about the bed if you don't place oneself in the region where the bed sags. I called to protest to Ortho. I completed the necessary types and submitted a charge of $58.00. Ortho sent an "impartial, objective" outside organization to examine the bed. The examination organization decided the bed was just loose 1-inch. The examination procedure seems to be seriously biased from the customer.in my opinion that until the bed appears like it had been runover by MAC vehicle they'll decide the bed is faulty. The mattress may drop as much as 1.5-inches before Ortho may change the bed.

I've also submitted a using the Better Business Office (BBB). The BBB provides Ortho Mattress Company an F score. Based on the EEE you will find 80 complaints on document; Ortho has just responded 4 grievances.

In my opinion the bed business is one-step BELOW the car or truck company. Do yourself a benefit, nor purchase from ortho and steer clear of Simmons beds. Simmons recently submitted for bankruptcy, that will be not really a shock.
