We were informed from the salesperson we've not a problem with trading the product for almost any cause. Your shells damage so poor to wherever our anatomies harm each morning since purchasing this $1,565.01 bed. You determine for this quantity you are feeling like your sleeping on the cloud. A lot more like stones. Ortho Mattress people sent a technology to research the bed and discovered a 11/8 retention about the remaining and 3/8 about the right as well as stated the foam was collasped. The organization Ortho Bed refused our alternative and stated Simmons won't substitute your mattres since it isn't more than 1 1/2 ins. It's completely new it will not need had any dents or mounds quickly the rear. I'll be taking photos and talking to a legal consultant.
