I put an order (for overnight shipping) on 10-9, by having an anticipated time of 10-13. It's currently 10-19. I've named four-times during the last week, and certainly will not start to explain the disappointment I've experienced in working with the "customer support" division. Not just are they rude, but I've been informed four various things every time I Have named. After I voice this problem, I'm achieved with indifference. Nobody cares. The man I talked with nowadays did not actually bother to apologize, alternatively he got snippy and desired to understand was there other things he may help me with. Nobody understands what's happening with my order, and that I have now been informed three various times that I ought to expect me order.

I've never undergone such unprofessionalsim with any organization I Have handled, of course if I actually do get my purchase, which appears improbable, I'll NEVER offer with nationmd again.
