Awful customer service

I introduced a-frame from visual show and that I needed to go back to them to obtain them re-adjusted on two occasions they overheated them and clicked them. They declined an upgraded till I'd to faught a great deal however they created me watch for them for 2 months. I had been provided no funds or provided something for that inconvience aside from £40 following a large amount of complainning. I'm attempting to combat to get a reimbursement but having no fortune in my opinion I'm eligible for this because of the terrible support and trouble.
