The advertisement is colorful and eye catching but BEWARE!!!
While this company may appear to have the answer to a problem most people suffer from (discolored teeth), the services being offered are deceitfully misleading.
By way of applying for the "Free Trial Offer" where you are requested to pay only the shipping & handling, there is a unclear stipulation where the company contracts the individual to a monthly fee of $79.28 even if they do not desire the product.
This $79.28 fee is conveniently attached to the "Free Trial Offer" and deducted from your credit card without your authorization. The bank isn't very helpful at this time as the charge is pending, but I plan to fight until charges are reversed.
The company appears to be able to get away with this type of thievery ad I challenge you as a people to do something about it. If there is anyone thing that can be done to stop this immoral business gesture, let's do it!
It's not about getting the money back as it is about protecting trusting people who just don't know about these kinds of scams. Please help me to help myself & others.
