Scam charges

Our challenge with DentaWhite started in July after I requested a “sample” of the item. I obtained an ordinary white-box of the item within the email, no publishing or identifying marks and so I thought it had been the test I'd requested. When my charge card statement came there is a fee for $78.37 to get a weeks supply of DentaWhite. I called on 6/29/09. Explained that I'd just requested a sample and therefore thought that what I obtained was that test. I had been informed that in purchasing the test I'd not uncontrolled the auto-delivery type and so I was delivered the merchandise. I told the individual I experienced it was an extremely misleading exercise and he or she explained the very best she might do was decrease the price to $40.00. Since I have had evidently didn't uncheck the auto-ship after I requested the test I decided and was informed that I'd been taken off the auto-ship listing.

Then on 8/10/09 I obtained a within the email which had nothing that will determine it as DentaWhite until one acknowledged the handle. After starting the bundle I examined the costs on my card and discovered they'd struck me for another $40.00. I named the organization and talked as to the seemed just like a woman. I informed her that I'd ended any more purchases and he or she examined and stated “that strange” I notice where you named on July 29th and ended but because you approved a return you had been informed you'd need to call-back by September anything to stop any more deliveries. I informed her I'd been informed no such factor and we continued about thing-they stated I had been informed and decided to. After more questioning I had been informed that whoever I'd voiced to initially have been dismissed. Therefore, I request to talk to the boss and lastly got a guy called Steve who repeated exactly the same statements.

I finally told him I'd not requested the product or decided to take more purchases and that I wouldn't spend the costs for the merchandise.

I then boxed the merchandise up and delivered it towards the organization according to closed evidence of shipping.
