Misleading advertising methods

I requested a test of the item and was to only pay shipping. Cigarrest delivered a 90-day present. I named and informed them I had been delivering back the additional 2 weeks and was informed to not bother simply keep it but still just pay shipping. On 2-21-97 i named the organization and terminated all future purchases. I obtained a termination signal amount in those days. On 3-12-07 cigarrest charged my charge card $99.85 and $59.90. After I named them again they stated the costs were for that 2 weeks of the 90-day offer. It was not the things they explained in my own past calls. I've delivered all 0f the 90-day offer unopened. After I attempt to solve the issue using the organization i obtain the run around. They'll not I would like to talk to a boss. I still haven't gotten a return. Anybody using the services of the corporation beware. I've submitted a using the eee of the town.
