LensCrafters
Awful company

Health & Medicine

I've beeen purchasing my spectacles and connections at lenscrafters for three or four years now. They've new styles in modern-looking spectacles and that I usually get a lot of good remarks how thay look. But the plastic they use within their contacts is useless. This past year following the contacts were floor you can observe breaks all over the leading fringe of both contacts. I actually donot understand if once they are ground they get too warm or what. However they were okay for around annually when among the breaks divided vertically over the experience of it. I returned towards the shop and reported plus they changed both contacts. Today annually later exactly the same lense divided again within the same location which is said to be my hard luck. The insurance is only going to spend a little part plus they need me to consume a 300 bill. Whenever you protest towards the people at lensecrafters they're quiet and simply look away. I am confident this occurs really alot however they keep in touch with me enjoy itis my problem like I slipped them or defeat them up somehow that will be false. I am sure the employees are informed to act such as this and also the customers should base the statement. Thanks alot. Bob Horwarth 908 west marion st. Mishawaka in 46545.
