I bought a Chillow and within 3 months it started smelling like mold. I had been informed from the organization to clean it with vinegar and water after which with dish soap. Additionally, to load it having a mixture of clorox and water. It remains to scent. They'll not substitute the merchandise despite informing me they get a large amount of grievances regarding this problem. A person representative hung-up on me after I required to talk to a boss. I created many calls plus they declined for connecting me having a boss.
