I had an icd implanted in my chest on 6/18/09. After being discharged on 6/19/09, i received a prescription from the doctor for keflex and tylox. My wife took the prescription to the cvs located on metropolitan ave in atlanta ga. The pharmacist informed my wife that she did not have tylox and that they did not sell it. If anyone has ever had such a device implanted in their chest they know the pain associated with it. My wife called the dr. To inform him of such and had him write another prescription. We have since learned that they do sell it and the pharmacist was just to lazy to call around to the other store's to locate it. I was in such great pain that the dr. Wrote a prescription for somthing a little stronger than tylenol. I will never go to another cvs, short of needing a life saving drug for my wife.
