I thought I was pretty good at spotting scams, but all of the false advertising had me fooled. I wanted thick, soft, beautiful hair and ordered the trial. I was willing to see if this actually might work. None of it worked. I do not know what I was thinking! I did not see all the other complaints filed against this company! Boy, was I naive!

Although I canceled in plenty of time, my credit card was charged $108 (yes, One Hundred and Eight Dollars!) for a small thin trial bottle of "hydrating shampoo" that does not work. My hair got frizzy and dry. I called within a couple of weeks, canceled, received a confirmation and sent back the empty bottles and was still charged again!

They will keep your money and think nothing of it. Do not be taken in for the hundreds of dollars they are trying to get from you! Luckily my credit card company already knew of the poor reputation of this company and immediately reversed the charge.

Glow, or Kronos, or "ibinc.com" or whoever they are, are many different companies trying to "slam" the unwary consumer. They figure that there are enough consumers out there that will not fight the unauthorized charges. They are masters at deceptive advertising.
Buyer beware!!
