I fell for the shampoo trial for $4.95 s&h and canceled because the product made my hair dry and frizzy.

Even though I followed all the instructions, called, returned the product AND even received a Confirmation of my cancellation, they still charged my credit card $108. Unbelievable! And to add insult to injury, they say they will not give me my money back! Buyer beware! Do NOT do business with this scam company! They will take hundreds of dollars from you and think nothing of it! I only wish I had seen the hundreds of bad reviews before I fell into the trap!
