Rip off - fraudulent charges

I attempted to order a trial version of the product. The web site did not let me complete the order, but not before it had gotten my debit card number.

No product arrived and my debit card was not charged. About 11 days later I was charged $87.13 on my debit card. When I called, all I got was the gobbledegook about some refund policy. They kept claiming I had to return the product which I of course, don't have, before I could get a refund.

I pressed and pressed and was finally given some bogus USPS tracking number that supposedly was their proof of shipment. Of course there is no such number.
