They took my money and i have not heard for them they promise me that they would take care of this I spent my entire teacher retirement check on this some one please help me get my money back and I will never do this again

I took my life saving to try to resolve my tax debit to the goverment but nothing happen wilh this company they took my money I tryed calling many times but no answer but when I got a letter from they goverment I know something was wrong.
