To all, like myself that have been ripped off take it to your bank. They, if worth their salt, will give you a provisional credit and contact the company with authority. Don't even bother wasting your time by emails or phone calls, They do not work. You have someone from a different country with a "script" I was told to send another e-mail to the company when I did not see my refund, and this time use all capital letters? I guess that would make a difference? Today the money is back in my account and the only one that succeeded with thie "RIP-OFF" company, was my bank.
