Rezmelts
Com, Resveratrol Tablets rip-off, deceptive charges, free trial is not free

Health & Medicine

Saw Dr. Oz praise resveratrol on Oprah. Searched the internet trying to learn more. Found the resmelts.com website. It appeared professional and included a 60 Minutes segment.

NO where on the home page website was there verbiage about receiving a trial sample and then being sent unordered follow up supplies. It only advertises "FREE, FREE, FREE, with paid shipping & handling".

I proceeded by putting in the required basic information including name, address, email, and charge card to cover S & H. You can not see the order page without putting in your personal information. So, I can not go back to see where it could possibly have said anything about future shipments without chancing another billing.

I received the free trial very promptly. But then to my surprise, I also received a $97.93 shipment only 2 weeks later. I had NO idea. I called the 866# and was treated like a moron. John kept telling me that I agreed to this charge on the site and that the agreement is right there on the site and I clicked to agree to it.

Thankfully, I printed off the order screens. There is no verbiage on the print-outs. The only thing I could think of was that the order screen has an "accept" button to use your charge card or something. There has to be some screen within the order page that you must HAVE to click on in order to get the free trial.

It was extremely deceptive! If this is how a company gets it's business, it is a corrupt business! I don't have $97.93 to chance not getting credited to my account. I'm going to call my credit card company and see what can be done!?
