Dr. Ahley Minas From Armenia consuldrminas.com Internet fraud U$ 2,000 Rip off

Dr. Ashley Minas, a self claimed Gynaecologist is operating three internet websites: www.consultdrminas.com, www.myfatdissolve.com and www.aestheticforever.com. He also claims that he is a Medical Director of Minasian Medical centre based in Yerevan, Armenia.

I have placed an order through one of his sites, mesotherapy products after receiving Ashley Minas' confirmation that my interested products ara available for Korean deliverly on 28 June. He has replied by email saying that the order is too small for international deliverly and I had to increase the order. I did as advised at the total amount of U$1,980.00
On 5th July, he informed that the credit card cannot be accepted, as opposed to his website information and requested for electronic wire bank transfer payment.
On 7th July, international telegraphic transfer of $1,980 inclduing receiving bank charges has ben sent to requesting bank in Armenia. After the money has been sent, he has emailed saying that the ordered products are not available.

On 8th July, I have requested my bank to cancel my wire transfer and advsied Ashley Minas of my action.
On 14th July, I received a fax from the intermediary bank stating that wire transfer has been paid to my beneficiary (Ashley Minas) as the Beneficiary has resolved this issue with ordering party (myself) direct. Ashely has therefore, contacted his bank after receiving my cancellation email by lying that he has resolved this issue with me for payment into his bank account.
Since then, I have sent three emails requesting my money to be returned to my bank and has not applied once to my emails to date.

I am filing this case and will contact all relevant organizations and sites in order to see Ashley Minas' websites out of any cyber environment, so that he cannot rip off any more innocent people and patients in future.
Ashley Minas is a very cunning and nasty man who takes other people's hard earned money through internet online shopping fraud intentionally on purpose.

As all of communication were conducted by email, I have all the proof of above with me and the bank documents.
