I saw an ad on Craigslist offering a professional model french horn. It had the serial number of a known instrument. I contacted the seller who sent additional pictures of the horn and told me how to purchase it from him. On March 12 I had $6,244.70 wired to an HSBC account of Nathan Dinu in order to purchase the horn. Since he has received the money he has stop all communication with me and I have not yet received the French Horn as promised. I have also seen the exact ad posted many times since. I have had my friends reply to the ad to see if he is trying to sell the exact horn and he has replied to them in the exact way he has replied to me with the same instructions to wire transfer money to his account and he will send the horn.

I am afraid I am a victim of theft and fraud. Below are the details of the transaction. I have kept all email communication from and to him as well as all receipts of the wire transfer.
