I ordered your product in mid October.

Received the product the first week of November.

On November 17 it was no longer working and between November 17th through November 25th I made 21 phone calls and sent 3 e-mails in an attempt to make contact with someone who could help me. Your line was either busy, would ring and then drop the call, I would be placed on call and still be waiting 10 min later, would get excuses that "my compuiter is slow please hold" and then would never hear from the individual again. I never received a response to my e-mails.

Finally on November 25th I spoke with an agent who promised to send me a new control unit, which I would receive by December 6th.

On December 9th through the 12th I made 18 calls to receive the same response as noted above, busy signalks, dropped if I got through or when I did get a human, they would start to listen and as soon as they heard I had an issue, and was not placing the order, I would get "sorry I cannot hear you, my computer is being very slow" or just a break in the connection.

Finally on December 12 after being on hold for 20 min I was guaranteed that my unit would be at my house before I left for vacation on December 18th.

Left for vacation without the promised unit.

Jan 3d returned from the vacation to a box that did not contain the control unit, but aniother belt that they charged me $15.00 for. Of course I did not get the control unit the devise still does not work.

As you can tell I am very frustrated and think your product may have helped me had it worked and if I had the right components. This information has been sent to my credit card company with a dispute resolution request.
