I bought the significant beauty items after viewing the infomercial. Our criticism/evaluation may be the customer support. After I originally requested via phone, I requested in order for them to consider the entire purchase quantity. I told them used to donot wish to get a statement each month. Next issue I understand, I received a statement. I called them. They stated my card wouldn't undergo. I told them I usually have profit the consideration. Therefore, I'd to re provide them with my info so they'd try payment again. I told them again to consider the entire cost out. I also questioned when they required the 3-digit range about the back of the card. All of the businesses I Have handled, have requested for this for payment factors. They claimed it was not required.

Next thing I understand, I received another statement. At this time, I'm annoyed. They need another card. I told them I offered them a significant amount of data currently. I told them that following this much problem, you'd believe they'd provide some type of great religion discount or free item for my stress. They'd not I would like to keep in touch with a and at the conclusion they truly became extremely defensive. They simply wanted their cost.

It was not from my insufficient attempting to spend they did not receive money. I'm the one which named them. It's not my problem they havenot educated their employees to consider payment properly.

I've never handled a business so rude. I'd never make use of this organization again. BAD customer support. They do not understand what they're doing.
