They said I committed check fraud, but it wasn't on my bank statement!

HGH High Quality Blend said that my husband committed check fraud. He ordered their product and wrote a postdated check for $37.00 to come out July 3. On July 22, They called and said that he would go to jail for check fraud. They said his check bounced and that he had actually agreed to pay $417.95 for the product he received. He says they told him it was only $37.00. I checked his bank statement online and nothing with the check number they gave me was on the bank statement. They said we had to send the money by western union with a debit or credit card or he would be in jail the next day. Do not give your credit card or debit information over the phone to this company. Don't give your bank account number over the phone.
