Like the other person that filed a complaint mine is almost the same story, except I did the the return number, mailed it off and 3 months later I'm getting turned over to a collections agency. Why? Becasue they are claiming my package never arrived back. Seems like a real good way to scam people out of money. "Don't like our product, sure send it back, we'll claim we never got it and extort the money out of you anyways"
