USA Benifits
Took money out of my checking without authorization

I went to bank yesterday (june 24) an was pulling money for grocerys an my banker Sammy (The Great One) says you are over drawn by a automatic debit well I explained I did not authorize this an was giveing the number of who took the money which was USA Benifits. I nor my Hubby has never heard of this company we have no idea who this is...

Well I tried to call yesterday an I was put on hold. But after 20 mins I was transfered saying office was now closed. Well I went on line to look them up an to my surprise I am not the only one they are scamming the money out of. I have called at least 10 times today and im am left on hold I will proceed to call them over an over. But im hoping to resolve this. My bank is a hundred percent behind me an they are trying to resolve the problem on this end but USA Benifits is not answering HELP!!! What do I do know?
