Unauthorized charges

On May 20, I was charge full price on my Mastercard for the Bright Teeth Whitening System when I was told I would receive it for shipment only. Then, on June 2, I was charged again full price ($78.93 plus foreign transaction fee of $2.35) and I did not order nor authorize this at all. The only way I found out about the charges was when I received my bank statement for the debit/Mastercard. When I called to return the first order (#627440), I was told I COULD NOT RETURN ORDER #627440!!! And I was told the second order had been shipped (which I have not received).

I am furious! And I will take this to a higher authority, if necessary. This is totally a scam!!
