Called Mike (10 minutes), Kevin, the supervisor (40minutes) who kept insisting that I give him my e-mail address. He insisted that the charge was for e-mail messages sent... Even though he could not come up w/an e-mail address! Finally on 4/03/09, he caved in an promised a 3x$29.95 refund... (#rm9759715)... Totally fraudulent and a complet rip-off!
