Com, Herbal Remedies Sends Half The Order And Doesn't Refund Your Money For Items Or Shipping Difference

I ordered a Herbal Supplement from Herbal Remedies that was in stock at the time I ordered. After checking shipping cost I found there would be a savings if I ordered two of the same item instead of just one item. Most of the shipping cost was for the first item and shipping the second item was just a couple of dollars more. It sounded great so I ordered and paid with my PayPal account.

It took at least 18 days to arrive which I figured could be normal for these guys, but after opening the package I realized they only shipped one item. Someone took the invoice and crossed out the number 2 and made it a 1. There was no explanation except on the invoice was a disclaimer stating if you didn't receive all your shipment they were out of stock and do not back order items. You have to ask for a refund in writing or call.

I did just that and at first they responded saying a refund was coming but it never did! Than they emailed me a refund was going back on my credit card and may not show up for 2 billing cycles? I emailed back, "WHAT CREDIT CARD" just return the refund to my PayPal account. They knew how to suck the money out of the account, now just put it back! They have my PayPal email address... Its not rocket science!

They just stopped responded period!

I am not wasting any more time and It's been almost 2 months for them to return my money... Now they get reported to RIPOFF instead!
