Company refused refund because I used Paypal to pay Miami Beach Florida

I ordered a wig from wigsalon.com. I received the item and decided I didn't like it. I emailed wigsalon.com for an RMA # to return and followed all instructions. I mailed UPS. Wigsalon.com acknowledged receipt of the return and informed me that because I had paid with Paypal (out of my checking acct) I could not receive a refund. If I had paid with a credit card, I could have. (As I see it, they already had my money, so they decided not to refund.)
I called Paypal and they really can't do anything, but they are going to note it. A person named Jamie with wigsalon.com even told me they were out money on me because I ordered it RUSH (which I did not) and they had to pay $20.00 to send to me! I paid the shipping! The item was $87.00. Paypal deducted $106.75 out of my checking. I have not heard from wigsalon.com since March 12. I assume they are just going to keep my money. (They did offer 1 exchange (not returnable) if I wished to. I did not wish to).
The wig was returned in time, nothing wrong with wig. Just not gettting a refund because I paid with Paypal.
