Extremely Rude

I changed thyroid physicians simply because my father would Dr. Hays, used to donot have any issues with my previous physician.in the first visit used to do nothing like this physician. Iwould delay atleast half an hour before him. He's excessively rude, horrible bedside manner.

After he asked me for five minutes on why I had been still observing him and never another physician nearer to wherever I existed I questioned him to get a backup of my document. He declined to supply me having a backup and strolled from the space on me. After I requested the woman at the front end to get a backup she said okay so that as she was going to create copies he switched around from half-way down the hall and returned. He explained he'd look after it, exposed the document and hand chosen particular files from the document and passed them towards the woman and went away. The 3 files were laboratory results from different amenities. At that time he was breach HIPPA by declining me my documents.

I quit work, called back one hour later to inform them I'd be as much as gather my documents. After I arived these were currently ripped although not them all. I requested to check out document and that I was declined, that will be additionally expected under HIPPA.

This doctor is completely rude. My dad is eliminating his document out of this office aswell.
