I have PPO and STILL cannot get the medical treatment I need

I've a medical problem wherever I want sclerotherapy. I've a venous disease. I have to understand where I really could visit document a criticism against Blue Cross-Blue Sheild for questioning me protection. That is severe. Left untreated can lead to impairment, embolisms, unpleasant skin ulcers (that we curently have one).

They told my physician these were questioning me since I "never used pressure line". Well, I never understood I needed them. I'm not really a physician and neither are they. The insurance provider must quit playing physician and provide people the treatment they require. What'll they next inform an individual with heart problems, "we are sorry, we cannot allow you to since you must have completed this or that to start with". Our physician also explained the problem is genetic.

I'm not able to find the actual target at the moment, but I simply need to know where I will document a criticism. I've PPO BUT STILL can't obtain the treatment I want.
