Unauthorized money from my account!

I did order a trial bottle from this company and I did get it. Shortly after, I was charged $85.26 throught my credit card and never recieved the product. Then again this month... A new charge of $85.26.

The company is very difficult to track down a even half of their web sites are bad. When I finally did get to a good site, I called and spoke with someone named Eric. After telling him I did not sign up for anything but only ordered a trial bottle of the pills, he informed me I DID sign up for home delivery at $85.26 a month and that he showed that I had received the first shipment and he said he even had a tracking number and that the second shipment had already been shipped. NEITHER have I recieved!

After much going on, he finally "agreed" to cancel my subscription and gave me a confirmation number. I then specifically asked "So now, I owe you nothing and I am no longer a member of anything with your company?" And, again, after much 'word play', turn out I was still signed up for a monthly newsletter!!! Which I also had to cancel. This guy also tried to bargain with me on a price asking me what I would be willing to pay monthly... He even said..."Would you be willing to pay 20 bucks?"

I asked to speak with a Supervisor. He was not willing to let me speak with one! Then suddenly said "okay" and someone else claiming to be 'Edward Price' got on the phone. I have no doubt he wasn't any Supervisor, but had to go with what I got. Basically got the same stuff from him.

I also went to the site and cancelled my account from the site, which said I would be refunded $65.00 though, on the phone, they made no such offer even when I said I would return the product if it were to arrive.

Now, i can only wait to see if everything is correct.

This is by no way, shape or form a good company to do business with. Even on the phone they are cunning and elusive!
