Over charging, Cheater, not professional, did not provide glasses per prescription

I went with my wife to see Dr Kanoff for an eye exam. He was very quick to take the exams and complaining against the insurance company how they don't pay for exams. He told me I need a photography - Fundus, because of my diabetes, but Aetna wouldn't pay for it. Is my eye sight worth $30 for me? He asked. I said definitely. So I had to pay my co-pay and extra $30 for his services. Both of us needed new prescription lenses. We paid out of pocket of $310. They called next week to pick up our new glasses. They handed the new glasses to my niece in a small plastic bag. They didn't even provide cases for the new glasses. I tried on my new glasses and didn't see better and I had a very bad headache. My wife was promised no line bifocal glasses and she said the lines are so visible she can't have it on more than 2 minutes because she get a headache too. We contacted Aetna and they told us I'm covered for that procedure especially because I'm a diabetic. This doctor is heartless and money hungry eye doctor.
