I never signed up for this company and I canceled with them in 2007 and they are still taking my money!

I found out this company was taking my money back in 2007. Supposedly, they canceled my membership back in Aug. 2007. I found they have located my new banking account and have started charging me $32.95 a month once again. I NEVER signed up for this company and I want my money back!
