I came in for an evaluation and an estimate for minor liposuction on the face, this is a dermatologist located in fairfax county, va. First i waited for more than an hour, then an assistant came in and prescribed a whole line of skin products, then the actual dermatologist came in, but would not show pictures of other cases she treated. After two hours of fluff and nothing accomplished, she finally gave me a ballpark figure. As i was leaving they shouted that i owed them $75 for the estimate, or what they called 'consultation'. I was so stunned by the sheer shamelessness that i paid, and i am very sorry about it.
