Free trial that ends up costing too much

I too have been sucked into this sham about the free trial. I however was able to reach someone in customer support but was told I would have to wait until after I was charged to get an RA number for return.

Being a very stubborn person I insisted on a number and received one. Whether my cancellation number and ra number will be honored is still up for question.
How i wish i had read all this before I went for the "free trial that you only have to pay shipping on".
This is a well known company or so I thought, why are they lowering thereselves to these kind of gimmicks?
I will support any suits against them. Good luck to all of us.
