No refund policy

I ordered a free trial product from GNS from their website. As I continued through the website, I saw other items that I might be interested in but wanted to see how much the total would be before ordering. Once I reached the end of the order to get the total, there was no turning back as the order was automatically processed. I quickly sent an email canceling the order. This was done within fifteen minutes. The order arrived about a week or so later. Without opening it, I "returned to sender" the order and notified the company again that I had canceled the order and did not want their products.

After several weeks of not hearing from them, I emailed to check on the order but was told that they had not received it. They told me if I could provide them with proof that they had received the return order, they would refund my money. I called the post office and forwarded the information they requested, including the date, time and place that it was delivered and even the person who signed for the shipment. Then they said they would not refund my money because the shipment was not returned within the 30-day trial period. Apparently, it didn't matter that I canceled the initial order within 15 minutes after placing it. According to them, the fact that I canceled using the information found on the site on which I ordered was not sufficient. They refused to refund my money but will be more than happy to resend the product. This was not $3.65 etc... It ended up being $363.50!! Beware of gns!!! They will NOT issue a refund and will do whatever they can to make it look like you did not abide by their guidelines, even when you did.
