This company is a total rip-off! My husnband ordered a "free" sample after viewing a t.V. Ad, but during the conversation they asked for his credit card number which he unfortunately gave them (not as aware of "safe" ordering practices as he should have been obviously). His "free" package arrived a few weeks later, at the same time as I noticed a $100.00 charge on our credit card. Thouroughly disgusted by this low level business practice, we returned the package unopened. I phoned the company to let them know it would be coming back and although the fellow i talked to was a bit angry he agreed they would refund our money when the package arrived. This did occur about a month later.

Here is where the really big scam occurred! Approx. 5 months later our phone rang and I answered. A pleasant sounding young man on the other end said "Hi, this is Justin from % (mumbled). % (my husband's first name) called me yesterday and asked me to call him back." I think odd, but o.K., better get hubby. I get him to the phone and I hear his end of the conversation only but he keeps asking "who is this?" and "I didnt call you, who did you say this is?" etc. He talks a few minutes more, I hear him say "Whatever" and then hangs up. All he says to me was it was some telemarketer he figures but could hardly understand a word the guy said.

Guess what? Three weeks later another package from this company arrives in the mail. I run check the online banking and sure enough another $100.00 charge on the credit card. I call the company, very upset, and the guy I am talking to says my husband agreed to the order on the phone and they have a recording proving it. Apparently they took his "whatever" comment as agreement and since they already have his credit card on file they just sent out another package. I was very upset and threatened them with a report to the BBB, but the guy didnt seem to care. I later checked and found out they have an "F" rating and something like 76 complaints against them. I returned the package but it took three months and numerous phone calls to get my money back. We had to get an entirely new credit card number so they could not use it again in future. Everyone beware - these people are dishonest, coniving scam artists - do not fall for it! Avoid them like the plague!!!
