Terrible experience

I've been a membership 'secretary' for common membership for all years. Support and selection within the last couple of years continues to be less and less. Lately, I attempted to receive my 'reward credits' (what I've gained promoting their product). I named the organization after approximately 14 days of attempting to access the web site, to which, I constantly got a full page that simply claims, 'briefly unavailable'.

I talked to some support representative to whom I described that I needed to receive prize credit. She replied by stating she could not consider my purchase in those days. I questioned concerning the web site and was informed, these were obtaining their fresh spring magazines ready so when the magazines were prepared, the web site could be back online. I subsequently questioned why there have been no-sale magazines, to which she got really rude, and explained that they do not do this. Having been a assistant for more than 25 years off and on, I understood this to become fake. I informed her that and he or she got really angry with me. Lastly I questioned if she might atleast provide mean concept of when magazines might emerge and also the site might again be online. Her answer this is 'I actually donot understand if it will be in a few times, a few weeks or 6 months, I've no concept'

I've examined several times per week each week since that time plus they are still traditional. I worked hard for that cash and it appears like today, that I Will never view it. I am really upset using the organization and also have submitted a proper problem using the BBB. I'd recommend to one to not do any company together.
