Modified a 1 year agreement with Title Boxing of Lee's Summit to 3 years without my consent

My 16 year old daughter asked me for a membership with Title Boxing of Lee's Summit. They explained they had a multi-year membership requirement. I explained it was for my daughter who would not reliably use her membership or be living in Lee's Summit for the latter part of the agreement and therefore I would not agree to anything other than a month-to-month agreement.

They agreed and mentioned there was a slightly higher start-up cost to cover the cost of a month-to-month agreement and the non-conforming payment method. (They said they usually required a credit-card on file.)

I paid $177 at the time of the agreement (the monthly cost was $39) or an equivalent of 4 and one-half months of payments. The amount was in a field listed as a "down-payment".
