On October 2, I heard an advertisment on the radio for a "FREE LAPTOP; just visit www.notebooks4free.com". I visited the website to see what it was all about and discovered that it was just an advertisement ring-around site. They ask you to sign up for an offer (only credit card offers don't cost money to sign up for) and to refer 18 friends to the website.
