I ordered product on google checkout over 3 weeks ago. Amount charged to my credit card and order acknowledged by e-mail. Have not received product or any tracking information. Listed phone number has been disconnected. No response to e-mail requests.

Luckily, charged on American Express. Have had great customer service from American Express regarding claims in the past.
