Rip Off - Make it very difficult to close account to squeeze more money out

They outsource billing to a third party and you cannot cancel the account with the third party. I called to cancel the account and was told they need to check on the outstanding amount and penalties before I can cancel, but they woud call back with details. I paid all of the outstanding amount and they failed to call me back causing another month to be charged - now "don't remember" the conversation. Not willing to discuss rationally, horrible customer service, bad attitude. Spend you money somewhere else...
