Ordered free sample plus S&H only, had over $70. Taken from account for something not ordered

I have never been on this company's website. I did order a free sample of vitamins from them and only had to pay $3.97. I saw this as an advertisement online and pressed it. I had just ordered similar free item from"Pure Acai Berry Pro" and just paid S&H of $4.99. Don't know if they are related or not. I received the Acai Package of weight lose pills in a week. Next thing I know I receive tow packages from GNS, Inc. Because I did not know what it is I have not opened the package but came to the PC to see what I could find out about the Company and came across your site. The packaging is printed with"Return to sender/refused package will not be accepted" even though I did not order but one free sample. The next thing I know over $70.00 is being automatically deducted from my banking account instead of just the one $3.97. Don't know what to do because I can't find a site for them or phone number to complain unless I open the packages and I don't want to do that. Do you have any info on this Co. I could use?
