False advertisement! Arvada Colorado

I purchased the free-trial Acai Berry edge thinking this was a diet supplement and when I received it I noticed it said cleansing Support System. That is not what I thought I ordered. I also called and got no where with this from customer service. Then the next thing I know I receive a order in the mail for two bottles $69.90 that was deducted from my debit account. I called customer service and told them I wanted to return this and at the time I did not know that they had with-drawn the $69.90 from my debit account. The gentleman told me I had until April 4 to return.

A couple of days later my husband noticed the $69.90 on our debit and asked me about it. So I called the customer service department and she informed me that they did not do returns only EXCHANGES I could exchange my product for something else. This is a rip-off and scam, I was lied to and mislead through this whole process.
