For $3.95 shipping S&H you'll get 60 capsules of Acai Berry and are then enrolled (unknowingly) in their monthly program wherein you'll be charged $83.15 plus shipping because you won't have cancelled your membership within 14 days. Calling them will take you a good hour or more on the phone and you'll be connected to someone who barely can speak English, if you're lucky. If you're not lucky you will be given a choice of "press 1 for order status, press 2 to cancel your membership, press 3 for other options". When you press 3, you're given all 3 choices again, and again, and again, and again. Pressing 0 will sometimes help you to break the circle and get a living person. When cancelling, I asked to have my credit card refunded the $83.15 only to be told that I needed to read the information on their site, that my 14 days were up over 2 weeks ago, so I couldn't get any credit (Incidentally, I went to their site and could not find this information.)

This is actually not true, their site will give you a refund and exchange policy, and another phone number to call to get a 'RMA' (refund merchandise aurthorization) number. You are warned not to try to return anything without this, as 'Return to Sender" packages won't be processed. I haven't gotten my refund as yet, and have cancelled my membership in their monthly program and am asking my credit card company to cancel this card and issue me a new one. I doubt that I will actually get any refund, but I'm mailing with a return receipt request.
