I ordered the "Free Trial" which I never received, so I cancelled the order so I wouldn't be charged again. 2 months later they sent out a shipment of the product and charged my card $80.10. I called them to complain and they said to return it to get a refund... Which I did... But now they're saying that I didn't get a return authorization number, so now they refuse to refund my credit card! Even though they have the product back! This is the biggest SCAM I've ever seen.
